PN Relay syncs production folders between workstations and a NAS, and shows you what will happen before anything moves. Compare two folders and every file appears in a side-by-side grid with a switch for which way it goes. Deletions always wait for your confirmation.
Jobs can run on a schedule as Relay Folders, so each machine keeps its local copy in step with the NAS. Deletions from other machines become proposals the folder's host approves, and renamed or moved files sync as renames instead of being copied again.
Deploy jobs push one folder to many machines at once, such as a Notch block to every media server. A small widget shows every job's transfers and status while the main window is closed.
