Timecode-stamped show notes for live production. Every note is locked to master timecode, song and cue the moment it’s typed, shared live across every department’s desktop, browser and iPhone, and mirrored to the cloud for review anywhere.
PN Show Notes is a notes app for live shows. Load the setlist, start timecode and type. Every note is stamped with master timecode, the current song, song-relative timecode and the cue that was live, then grouped under its song automatically.
Timecode can come from LTC on an audio input, MTC, Art-Net or the built-in generator. Setlists come from CSV, JSON or a Notion database, and cue stacks from grandMA3, Reaper markers or PN BlockOut.
Departments join from other desktops on the network, from any browser, or from an iPhone companion app. Notes from everyone land in the host's show and can be ticked off, filtered by run, department or person, and exported for post.
